This notice describes the Dexxta website and the current StockKeep app. For privacy questions, contact dexxta18@outlook.com.

The website

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, signup forms, or browser cookies. Its hosting systems may process your IP address and technical request information to deliver the pages and protect the service. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.

Information in StockKeep

• Account and shop information, including your phone number and business name.
• Photos you choose to capture or upload, including stock photos and ledger pages. Ledger pages may contain customer names, transactions, and debts.
• Extracted suggestions, your corrections, confirmed business records, and stock movements.
• Local preferences, drafts, queued uploads, and sign-in information needed by the app.

Camera access is used for photos you choose to take. Only share images you are authorised to provide, and avoid capturing unrelated personal information.

How information is used

StockKeep uses this information to sign you in, process your photos, suggest stock and ledger details, save the records you confirm, and display your shop’s records and reports. AI suggestions may be wrong; review them before confirming.

Storage and service providers

Some data and photos are stored on your phone. Uploaded photos and server records are held on our Google Cloud server. The current server is in South Africa, so data uploaded from Nigeria is processed outside Nigeria.

Photos selected for AI processing are sent to OpenAI. Requests are configured with response storage disabled; this setting does not mean that OpenAI has no separate processing or retention obligations. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for information about that provider.

When WhatsApp sign-in is enabled, Meta’s WhatsApp service processes your phone number and authentication messages to deliver login codes. See WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Your phone’s own authentication system handles an enabled device lock.

Retention and deletion

The current app does not apply an automatic expiry to active server records or uploaded photos. Backups are stored separately. We have not yet established a fixed retention schedule for all active account data.

Clearing local app data does not delete server records or necessarily remove all photo files from your device. Full account deletion is not available as a self-service server feature. Use our data deletion instructions to ask about removal of your account or records, including how any backup copies will be handled.

Your requests

Email us to ask about access to your information, corrections, or deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request. Please do not email passwords, login codes, identity documents, or copies of private ledger pages unless a secure process has been agreed.
